The main idea in designing the WestGate Office Building reception  is to convert the  interior space into exterior landscape, in a room in which interior design and nature meets, by implementing natural materials.
Vertical gardens represents a primary element in creating an area of living in harmony with the surroundings of the natural environment. These vertical  gardens are mounted on modular panels. Panels-mount which have metal frame with support role, plates of " organic concrete", a similar natural material with glass wool, in which the plants will be seeded. This " organic concrete" is actually a mechanically support for the growth of plants. By being dense, it supports very well the plants roots, ensuring them a good drainage and good irrigation. It also has a role similar to a sponge. It maintains the water for long periods of time. Therefore, the plates of "organic concrete" are inserted into the metal frame, being covered in advance with an geotextil material that prevents evaporation of the water. Panels are mounted directly on vertical surface, by means of clamps and swinging at a distant 5 cm away from the wall. The irrigating system is made by drip stop with tubes of 16mm in diameter.
The project uses mainly wood, a warm and naturally material, all the furniture being made of plywood with metal structure.
The overall impression that we wanted to create through the "carved" form of the entire assembly is flexibility, of communion with nature and of leisureness.

Mentine apa  timp  indelungat.
